Comprehensive Overview
ZDS-2104ab Conductive Putty is a specially formulated epoxy solution designed for repairing surface unevenness and ensuring consistent conductivity in anti-static and ESD epoxy flooring systems. Its high-quality composition makes it suitable for application in both the renovation of older workshop floors and in high-precision electronics manufacturing environments. The colored paste is engineered to smooth surfaces, fill gaps, and improve the conductivity of flooring, enhancing ESD protection wherever strict static control requirements exist.
Features & Benefits
- Superior surface smoothing and crack filling
- Excellent conductive performance for ESD and anti-static flooring
- Hard, abrasion-resistant finish to withstand heavy foot and equipment traffic
- Easy application to both new and deteriorated substrates
- Long-term stability and reliability
Performance & Application
With a Shore D hardness of 75-85 after curing and a workable paste consistency, ZDS-2104ab is easy to apply and contours well to surface irregularities. The product is designed to cure over 48–72 hours at standard room temperature (25°C), ensuring a robust bond and conductive pathway. Its abrasion resistance ensures that it maintains conductivity and physical integrity even under regular operation in industrial settings.
Usage Scenarios
- Precision electronics manufacturing workshops
- Renovation of aging epoxy floors
- Areas requiring uniform static dissipative flooring
- Industrial and technical workspaces with ESD protocols
Instructions for Use
Before application, ensure the floor is clean, dry, and free from debris. Mix the required components according to the recommended ratio. Apply the prepared paste directly to surface imperfections, spreading evenly before smoothing with a trowel. Allow to cure undisturbed at 25°C for the full 48–72-hour period for optimal surface hardness and conductivity. Further finishing coats can be applied once cured.
